The messy desk

I’m a relatively organized person, but for the last six months, my desk has been a disaster, papers, scripts, old napkins, and used to Kleenex have littered the surface. Dead mouses, computer mice. Not real ones are also scattered across the desk. A friend, who is also professional. Organizer came over and supported me , and we cleared off my desk and I got it felt so good and I couldn’t do that by myself I needed help. We all need help, even though getting support is crucial.

We teach what we most need to learn

As a professional Organizer, I help people deC clutter, set up, organizational systems. Help them let go in the past, if people permission to get rid of items that no longer serve them. I’m good at it. I enjoy it, but I am to my own. This may not the most tiny person in my own home by most standards. I don’t have a lot of stuff, but I live in New York City and storage base and closets are not found an abundance.

I recently took a two each trip to Asia and one of the places I visited. Thank you friends with a destination. Wedding was 🇮🇩🌴BALI 🌴🇮🇩. The Airbnb where we stayed was part open air and I would wake up each morning and go outside to the open air living room, and there is a breezeway, so no mosquitoes would bother me before the sun

I sit in silence, I write, or do my stretches. I move. No one is awake. No one sees. I am alone, and half darkness as the night slowly faith.

If I’m lucky, a few drops of warning, rain lead me under the covered room, where I lie on the two towels, licking in the sky, and our less tropical in garden. Then heavens unleashed. They’re fading and rain pours down. I considered a blessing, and Benediction, if purification ritual, my ears, drinking the tapping than the pounding in the washing. I feel so happy. My goddess is Nhu An. I am loved All this to say that I spent some time reading more about project 333 and I decided to do it. There was also this annoying fact that I’ve been deliberate about the clothing I’ve brought, but I only wore about six items I brought and I brought 30+ pieces of clothing. I brought jewelry. I brought too much and I had to keep her, repacking it and unpacking it. I brought too much. I have too much. My closet feels overwhelming. Yes I have a lot of Giles about spending too much. I have an office in my home, which also sort of serves as my dressing room. I have two closets just for me. They’re small but they’re mine. I don’t have to share them with anyone while my Office gets so messy. I spend so much time rearranging, and figuring, and now I think Cortney Carver is right. I just need to dress with less Day one.

Day one

I went through my closet. I was pretty ruthless. I have dresses that I used to wear to my old job pre Covid, but I have not touched them in five years. I visit my husband and his Office and ask his opinion. I ask him to be ruthless, his good tasty and encouraged me to keep some classic black dresses. I’ll put them in the pile .

Day two some of the things I rounded up our designer read expensive! I think this black silk plus was $150. Another dress was $200. I’ve worn this dress a lot and loved it. But I bought it eight years ago in the line, just isn’t that flattering to tell the truth .

Day three. I do some research on the Internet. I can use depot eBay Poshmark. I’ll need to take good photos of everything and write down exact measurements. I sold a few things on Poshmark and deep out before some clothes never sold eBay. Sounds promising, but I really just want everything out of my

Day for

I called some consignment shops, one places they only take vintage, so everything needs to be 15 to 20 years old, minimum. My stuff is not really vintage. Maybe one or two items. I’ll have to email them to make an appointment.

Day five

I called another place and they are very nice. They say I need an appointment. No fast fashion. I ask what this means. They say no H&M are Old Navy gap except from the 90s etc.. I get the picture. Let me get an appointment for Friday. They aren’t booked. They keep my suffer 90 days market down. If it doesn’t sell after the first 30 days market done more. The last 30 days. I could get back at anytime in 24 hour notice. Sounds good . I take two bags of fast fashion to my neighborhood. Favorite beacons closet. It’s off and hit or miss. Sometimes they take nothing. But now and then I’ll make 20 or 30 bucks and I can get store credit actually more credit, which I sometimes use. Although I don’t wanna use it anymore because I don’t wanna bring anything home.

Clothing projects

Work out pants that were flared, but I wanted them straight like I took matters in my own hands. They still flare a bit at the News linen shirts. That’s kind of long. I want to shorten it, but will I ruin it. Kashmir sweaters that I bought for cheap and a shrinking in the wash or my cat loves them. Should I make a quote for her watching YouTube video out. Now I’m a project person, but would’ve discarded all my old projects for this one which is to make my room. Really Claire uncluttered open can I really do that. I’m tired of simply moving things around.

Basics real change as a paradise shift. Stefani. I need a total shift and perspective. I’m going to box up all the clothes that are in the 33 items and put them away from here in my desk. Looks like a lot to conquer. My desk is his own project, but I’m going to be ruthless. My rule is nothing on the desk, but my computer monitor lamp, plant cup of pens and tape dispenser. The question is, can I dispose of most of it where do these things belong

OK, I put half of my clothes into a big box. All my Kaiser sweaters, so many thrift things. I make the mistake of throwing one of them into the regular wash and it should I go out, but I’m still holding onto it. I feel worse and not dry cleaning it. I’ve always. I’m always looking for cheap ways to do things and many times. You really can’t beat the pros . I found a box of old CDs. I don’t have a CD player anymore, so many memories are coming out around my favorite bands break ups, concerts, youth, college, healing journeys. I don’t know whether to do everything, but where to buy a new CD player.

My Office looks 10 times worse. Now he finding projects I wanna pursue there is “that if we spend the time, we typically spend worrying and procrastinating about what we should do. We would get more done and make more mistakes. This Office clearing is what I’m that I’m doing. I am afraid of missing things. I’m afraid of mistakes of regret of remorse. And I wanna recapture the past, but maybe that’s silly. Maybe I need to reaffirm the present. Let go of what was give each of these CDs. I’ll listen and then let them go . I have so much fear letting go. Who am I now I must read more about letting go of clutter. You’re insane. Kim. You’re insane.
